In order to be eligible for a return, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or an exchange. Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and should show no signs of use. We do not deliver products that cannot be returned but Gift Cards Purchased at Theoly cannot be returned.  Also, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
